If something is not right with your order, here is how returns work.

Return window

  • We accept returns on all products for 14 days from receipt of the product.
  • Customers returning product need a Return Authorization Number before sending anything back.

How to return an item

  • Contact us or call 919.756.6700 to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • An address for returns is provided during the Return Authorization process.
  • Customers pay for shipping of the returned product.

Fees and refunds

  • Returns on all products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges.
